En pleno siglo XXI después de todas las guerras que se han producido a lo largo de la historia a favor de la democracia, después de tantas batallas libradas por la libertad de expresión, parece una broma que a raíz del post http://draruiz.blogspot.com.es/2016/05/help.html de una comprometida compañera, la Dra. Virginia Ruiz, médico adjunto del servicio de Oncología Radioterápica del Hospital Universitario de Burgos, alguien, supuestamente desde un despacho, piense que el problema es quien comparte la información y no darle una solución al contenido de la misma.
Y es que esta historia ya me la conozco, los que damos la cara, los que nos atrevemos a contar algo para movilizar conciencias, los que nos exponemos y aportamos nuestro punto de vista sobre un problema, a menudo sufrimos represarias, mensajes intimidadores por privado o valientes palabras que golpean nuestras espaldas.
Estamos en plena era de la información y de la comunicación. La salud 3.0 es una realidad, profesionales y pacientes compartiendo problemas y soluciones. Es hora de dejar a un lado tanto hermetismo y trabajar dentro de las instituciones de un modo más transparente. Se necesita un cambio, se necesita una revolución, un nuevo estilo de dirección es absolutamente necesario.
Se requieren sillones con actitud, nunca me cansaré de decirlo. Sin un liderazgo real es imposible impulsar avances para el colectivo.
Y lamentablemente somos el reflejo de nuestros líderes, y eso nos ha tocado vivirlo en estas segundas elecciones, da la sensación de que son niños peleando por una silla y no políticos que buscan tomar decisiones en consenso para mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos.
Perdonar por mi tono, es una mezcla de las altas temperaturas y la falta de sueño, pero de vez en cuando es imposible contener algunas palabras que golpean con fuerza mis manos. La tinta no se silencia, si no dejaría de tener sentido lo que soy.
Todavía de vez en cuando miro de reojo ese título «Master en Dirección Sanitaria» que guardo en un cajón, de mi época en la que creía que para ocupar un determinado puesto era importante tener una formación apropiada. Que inocente que era.
Ahora que ya pasé por la barrera de los 40, me siento orgulloso de cosechar mis éxitos profesionales desde mi independencia. Compartiendo en mi día a día, aquella maravillosa frase de Victor Kuppers «el conocimiento y las habilidades suman, pero la actitud multiplica».
No cambies la tuya Virginia, si algún día formo un equipo me encantaría contar con profesionales como tú, con actitud y compromiso con su trabajo.
Y en honor a esta palabra, he de añadir, que yo últimamente recibo más palabras de agradecimiento desde aquellos sillones que críticas, ¿será que otra forma de hacer las cosas es posible?.
Parece que todavía me queda algo de inocencia.

Today, I went to the beach front with my children. The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
Sorry for the huge review, but I’m really loving the new Zune, and hope this, as well as the excellent reviews some other people have written, will help you decide if it’s the right choice for you.

Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
Sorry for the huge review, but I’m really loving the new Zune, and hope this, as well as the excellent reviews some other people have written, will help you decide if it’s the right choice for you.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.

If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I do not know if it’s just me or if perhaps everybody else encountering issues with your site. It seems like some of the written text in your posts are running off the screen. Can somebody else please provide feedback and let me know if this is happening to them too? This may be a problem with my browser because I’ve had this happen previously. Thank you
