El problema es el sistema, no el médico. A muchos médicos nos encantaría hacer las cosas bien, vivimos frustrados porque no nos lo permiten aquellos que nos pagan. (En mi caso un puesto público). Me dan 5 minutos por paciente…absurdo, no me da tiempo a convencer a nadie de que deje de fumar, haga ejercicio, coma mejor, tome los medicamentos necesarios (ni más ni menos)…mucho menos me dan tiempo para visitar a los pacientes a sus domicilios o acompañar a un paciente que se esté muriendo o deprimiendo…recetamos y que pase el siguiente.
