Por supuesto que nadie es inferior, ánimo!…TES, Enfermer@s, Auxiliares, Celador@s, todos somos parte de la sanidad, es difícil funcionar cuando alguno falla. Trabajar en la sanidad en estos tiempos es un reto, al igual que en otras profesiones, pero es muy gratificante. Un saludo.

Sabías palabras, tanto el enfermero necesita al médico como al contrario, ambos necesitan complementarse para realizar un buen trabajo y sobretodo favorecer la salud del paciente.
He sido afortunada de trabajar con un médico tan grande como tú, el cuál me enseñaste a ser mejor profesional y sobretodo darme una seguridad que no yo creía que tenia.

Me alegro de encontrar cada vez más colegas que piensan así, independientemente de la opinión de lo que pensemos cada uno, tenemos que recordar que en último término nos debemos al paciente, y está claro que un equipo unido, en el que todos colaboren y se respeten es lo único que permite prestar una atención sanitaria de calidad. No obstante, hay que tener en cuenta que el sentimiento inverso, es decir, de enfermeros que desprecian a los médicos simplemente por serlo, también existe y yo lo he vivido en más de una ocasión; es igual de triste y merece el mismo desprecio, porque este tipo de personas no hacen más que amargar el día a día del trabajo, y empeorar la asistencia al paciente… Tenemos que trabajar todos codo con codo, coordinados y cada uno orgulloso de su labor. Enhorabuena por el blog en general, y por este post en particular.

Deduzco por tus palabras q eres una médico inteligente. Y no solamente por el hecho de ser médico (ya q tantos años de estudio no son únicamente a un pasatiempo), sino q demuestras inteligencia al saber valorar la profesión sanitaria. Porque aunque, todo sea dicho de paso, nos guste a los enfermeros o no, la punta del iceberg de la sanidad son los médicos, demuestras humildad al colocar a tu mismo nivel a los diplomados, q aunque no os hacen sombra en años académicos, en muchos casos os tapan la sombra en experiencia profesional y trato humano y sensato. Me ha gustado mucho leer lo q he leído de manos de un médico, ya q luchamos día a día por situarnos a su mismo nivel, aunque en muchos casos resulta como golpear contra la deidad más absoluta y todopoderosa. En fin, q ojalá y te tuviera a mi lado en el servicio de urgencias de cualquier de los hospitales de este país, en los q hay «buenos y malos».

En Junio termino enfermería, para mi ha sido cumplir un sueño no realizado cuando era su hora( tengo 44 años) la casa ,2 hijas , trabajo ( soy auxiliar de enfermería) han sido 4 años duriiiiiiissimos, hay días que tengo que trabajar 18 horas seguidas sin descanso , sin media hora de sueño, para compaginar el plan boloña con mi trabajo, renunciar a mi vida familiar, social, de relax.. no hay palabras, hay que vivir lo .
En estos maravillosos años encontré profesionales a ellos les doy las gracias para ayudarme en mi aprendizaje ,por contra también me cruce con algún R2 o R3 q infravaloraba mi trabajo, como respuesta a las palabras de animo de mi enfermera instrumentista, por el trabajo hecho al instrumentar en una operación de pie o artroscopia , cosas pequeñas en mi aprendizaje en el quirofano de trauma , pero que me hacian subir la autoestima hasta el infinito,y sobretodo me ayudaban a superar la carrera.
No importa las piedras que encuentre en el camino mi objetivo está a punto de cumplirse, no me afectan depende que palabras, hay mucha gente que me da ánimos, incluso un post como el que tu has escrito , GRACIAS , me emocioné al leerlo,gracias JM Salas se que por el camino encontraré gente como tu que compensará mis esfuerzo.

Estoy de acuerdo con Carmen, gracias por nombrar a los Auxiliares. Siempre tan menospreciados por ciertos estamentos. Nosotros también estamos ahí, codo a codo con enfermeros, viendo lo que a ellos se les puede escapar. Trabajo en un servicio en uno de los mayores hospitales de Barcelona y puedo decir que para muchos médicos sobramos los auxiliares, pero sobramos cuando a ellos les interesa. Cuando ven que no hay personal de enfermería suficiente para atender los enfermos, entonces si, entonces es cuando los auxiliares les servimos para algo. Podemos hacer de enfermero circulante en quirófano, o incluso instrumentar. Me parece que habría que dejar de comparar, separar o pensar que unos son mas que otros. Todos formamos un equipo, todos tendríamos que trabajar en equipo para que funcionase mejor. Porque todos los trabajadores somos importantes en el hospital. Desde el médico, hasta el celador, el personal de la limpieza o el de lavandería y cocina, ¿Que haríamos sin ellos? Creo que tendríamos que ser todos un poquito más humildes y mirar al de al lado de tu a tu.

Siempre me dijeron que sería una buena enfermera si tenia al lado a un buen médico y que los médicos BUENOS son los que tienen al lado a una buena enfermera…en fin…si esto fuese siempre asi seriamos perfectos; el problema es que somos humanos y por tanto imperfectos asi que hay gente de todo tipo. Me gustaría que muchos más médicos, enfermeras, auxiliares….pensasen como usted porque esto es más una lección de vida. Muchas veces parece que la titulación es directamente proporcional a la inteligencia o a la importancia (alguna vez me hubiese gustado decirle a algún residente que yo también soy licenciada y que probablemente sea doctora antes que él) pero después de sentir una gran tristeza por alguna contestación o algún mal gesto de algún sanitario (y ya no voy a decir médico) viene mi paciente, me sonrie y me da las gracias…y por esto vale la pena ser enfermera…
No tengo la misma edad ni la carrera profesional que ÁNGELES pero si tuviese que volver a decidir que ser en mi vida….sin duda…volvería a ser ENFERMERA.

En estos tiempos q corren me encanta escuchar alguien así, q realmente valore el papel de la enfermería, donde vean q una enfermera no sólo es tomar un TA o hacer un EKG, simples técnicas q incluso mi madre si la doy un par de clases seguro aprende.

Llevo más de 20 años trabajando en un servicio de urgéncias, y aún en los peores momentos, me alegro de seguir ejerciendo. Tengo compañeros, que forman parte de mi «otra» familia, con la que sigo compartiendo buenos momentos, emociones, enfados, tensiones y como no, horas y horas de trabajo en equipo. Me siento valorada y respetada. Por suerte hay medicos que valoran nuestro trabajo, nuestra formación y nuestra experiencia, pero por desgracia sigue habiendolos maleducados, soberbios y machistas….He llegado a la conclusión que tambien forman parte de mi trabajo y en función del momento se ignoran o se resituan.

Hacer apología de la profesionalidad, puede ser dañino para nuestra salud. El ser un profesional responsable, se tiene que dar por echo o le resta valor al contenido. No soy medico ni enfermero; pero me sentiría ofendido si lo fuera con ciertos tipos de comentarios. ! Soy administrativa de un hospital, durante muchos años en admisión de Urgencias, cuanto me gustaría que de algún modo se valorara, también lo que hacemos, como buscamos camas, como nos enfrentamos a las plantas donde rogar una cama para un paciente, que se tiran horas y horas en una Urgencias, y los familiares todo el Santo día preguntado Srta., por favor cuando me va a dar usted la cama, o como está el paciente que está en observación, o va a tardar mucho el Dr. de ver a mí familiar. Te preguntas con un gesto diciendo, como le digo yo a esta persona que no puedo decir nada, porque lo tengo prohibido, si le dices que no es tú misión que cuando salga el Dr. le informara, te da miedo que esa respuesta tenga una respuesta que no te esperas porque te pueden llegan hasta insultar, no porque tenga nada en contra tuya, pero su nerviosismo y su falta de información, la pagan con la primera persona que se encuentran, y como somos el parapeto de una Urgencias. Zasss… aunque valoro muchísimo a todos, pero a todos los que trabajamos de alguna manera con enfermos, médicos, auxiliares, celadores, mantenimientos, pero de vez en cuando gusta saber que tu trabajo, sirve para algo, y a lo largo de mi vida profesional, me he encontrado de todo, pero me satisface, cuando te dicen gracias por tener esa sonrisa, y esa amabilidad, como si eso fuese algo extraño, pero nos tenemos que dar cuenta tod@s que alguna vez somos enfermos, y nos gustaría que nos trataran igual que a nosotros…por eso me encantaría recibir también una carta de ese tipo para los que no somos ramas sanitarias, pero trabajamos en ella….Me alegra de ver que hayan cartas así, porque se ve, ya que poco a poco, la diversidad de las personas somos importantes todos, y todos me refiero a un equipo bueno en un hospital……Ojo!!!, esta carta no quiere decir que no me sienta orgulloso de los médicos y enfermeras que tenemos en este país, gracias que cada día son los menos estirados, y llegará el día que nos tratemos de un igual a otro igual, siempre y cuando sepamos distinguir que cada labor es diferente, y cada profesión distintas, aun estando en el mismo tipo de trabajo. Y por último decir Gracias a ese Médico que de alguna manera agradece a un sector que es enfermería que yo me llevo tan bien, y que estoy tan agradecidas por el trato que me han dado tanto como trabajadora como de enferma….Mil gracias al equipo de Médicos, enfermeras, y auxiliares que por desgracia lo he necesitado en mi vida como paciente, pero no podía de eludir a tod@s los que trabajamos en un hospital….Muchas gracias, por todos los que me han leído y aunque sé que es larga, me ha salido desde el corazón.
