Publico tu comentario porque creo que es importante e intercambiar puntos de vista nos enriquece. Si «auxiliar con aires de enfermera» te ofendió lo lamento no era mi intención, pero obviamente no lo has entendido, ni el contenido ni la finalidad del post.
Una residencia con ancianos pluripatologicos que precisan una atención constante, nebulizaciones, administracción de medicación, que tiene residentes con tratamientos a horarios para la exhacerbacion de su cuadro agudo no se puede quedar en la noche bajo la única supervisión de dos auxiliares de enfermería, porque no pueden cumplir esa misión y no deben tener esa enorme responsabilidad. Y te aseguro que comparten esa opinión, aunque están los tiempos como para quejarse. Nos reciben con la historia clínica del paciente, nos informan de sus contantes vitales, tratamiento y el motivo del aviso. La mayoría de las veces, son problemas de valoración (como una mala interpretación de un pulsioximetro) que se podían haber solucionado con un enfermero/a de guardia y actualmente hay muchos en paro. No merece la pena relatar específicamente las «anécdotas» que hemos tenido porque no son las protagonistas de este post. A veces nos indignamos subjetivamente de lo intrascendente echando humo a lo realmente importante.
