Son capaces de saltar de una persona a otra, y se propagan tan veloz como algunos estacionales virus.
No distinguen que seas el paciente, un familiar o un simple acompañante. Ellas no discriminan, las personas sí.
He observado como esas pequeñas gotas saladas recorrían diferentes mejillas, desde fornidos cuerpos que vienen por minúsculos dolores, hasta terminales ancianos encamados que suplicaban una tregua definitiva para su sufrimiento. Son el acompañante perfecto para cualquier tipo de dolor.
Las lágrimas tienen paciencia, saben esperar su momento. A veces unas palabras son suficientes para darles el pistoletazo de salida, como cuando tristemente pronunciamos en un domicilio un » lo siento, hicimos todo lo posible » o al confirmar aquel diagnóstico que nunca quisimos desvelar.
Sin duda alguna son familiares, los padres lloran las heridas de sus hijos y sienten cada punto de sutura en su propia piel.
Las lágrimas no tienen dueño, no son propiedad de nadie.
Los que trabajamos con personas. Los que tratamos enfermos no enfermedades. Los que asistimos accidentes y luchamos a contrareloj para conservar la vida. A menudo nos cruzamos con las lágrimas, y en la facultad de medicina nadie no enseñó como se tratan, cual debe ser nuestra profesional reacción. Por eso, a veces simplemente nos quedamos en silencio, intentamos no verlas, escondemos nuestros sentimientos o nos la llevamos para casa.
Pero no podemos huir de ellas, porque fuera de nuestra profesión también nos visitan. En ocasiones, en nuestro cotidiano día a día, sufrimos su incómoda llegada, y es capaz de destruir con un suspiro nuestro particular castillo de naipes.
Como cualquier padre divorciado, ya perdí la cuenta de las veces en las que una de estas incontrolables lágrimas me han acompañado mientras me despedía de mi pequeño hijo.
Ya dejé de contar las veces que me tocó recoger los trozos de mi corazón herido.
Pero las lágrimas además de humedecer nuestros ojos, impiden que se nos sequen nuestros corazones.
Por eso, no quiero terminar injustamente este post, sin mencionar también su parte positiva. Porque las lágrimas también nos invaden por las alegrías, la felicidad o la risa.
Un simple «te quiero» a mí ya me provocó más de una.
Somos humanos, imperfectamente perfectos.
Vivimos, amamos, lloramos y sentimos.
Y las lágrimas no duran eternamente, son pasajeras y solo nos recuerdan que todavía tenemos la suerte de estar vivos.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

Hello, I think your blog might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your website in Safari, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, amazing blog!

Today, I went to the beach front with my children.
